Custom Portraits & Wall Art: Processing takes 2–5 business days before dispatch, as each piece is made to order.

Non-Custom Wall Art: Usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Delivery across India takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier services.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout; we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.

In case of damage or missing items, report within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos to claim a replacement.

Currently, we ship only within India.
