Return & Refund
Custom Products
- Advance payment is required for all custom orders.
Custom products are non-refundable.
Replacements are offered only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos.
The customer must return the product in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, a replacement will be processed.
Non-Custom Products
- Eligible for return or replacement if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos.
- The customer is responsible for sending the product back in its original packaging.
- Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
