Custom Products

  • Advance payment is required for all custom orders.

  • Custom products are non-refundable.

  • Replacements are offered only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos.

  • The customer must return the product in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, a replacement will be processed. 

Non-Custom Products

  • Eligible for return or replacement if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos.

  • The customer is responsible for sending the product back in its original packaging.

  • Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
