For custom portraits/wall art, advance payment is required.
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.

2. Custom Products

All custom products are made to order and are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for uploading correct and clear photos for custom portraits.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to materials and printing processes.

3. Non-Custom Products

Non-custom wall art may be returned or replaced if damaged/incorrect as per our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines vary (generally 7–12 business days) depending on location and product type.
Delays caused by courier, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Replacements

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed terms.
In all cases, customers must return the product in its original packaging before replacement/refund is processed.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artworks, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Kalastu.
